1 The entry and exit time (check-out) of admitted patients is 24 hours from the time of admission.

2. Two visiting passes are issued to each patient but only one family member should be with the patient at a time.

3 For patients admitted in the ICU, only Two (only one at a time) relatives of patients can be meet between 3:00 am to 3:30 am, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

4 Tea, breakfast, food and dress are provided to the patient by the hospital, for which no extra fee is charged. It is not allowed to bring food items from outside into the hospital premises, but in special circumstances, this can be done only after obtaining a food pass from the dietitian with the permission of the consulting doctor for the patient.

5. The family members of the patient are not allowed to bring bedding from outside. As per requirement, bed and lounge rest facility is available at normal charges.

6. Nursing charge of 10 percent is charged on the total bill which is not payable on the cost of medicines and consumables.

7. Terms, conditions and fees can be changed by the hospital management at any time, which will be acceptable to the patient/family and those who come to see the patient.
